Refund Policy

01 The 30-day guarantee

RGM DIGITAL LTDA offers a full refund on any digital product within 30 (thirty) calendar days, counted from the date the purchase was confirmed. This guarantee applies to every customer, in every country where we sell.

Within this period:

• You do not need to give a reason for your request.
• The refund covers 100% of the amount paid for the product.
• Having accessed or downloaded the material does not remove your right to a refund.

Where a specific offer page advertises a different guarantee period, the period announced on that page at the moment of purchase is the one that applies to your order.

Nothing in this Policy limits or replaces any additional rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

02 What is covered

This Policy applies to all digital products sold directly by RGM Digital or through its authorized checkout platforms, including ebooks, guides, printable materials, courses, templates, memberships and bundles.

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces or resellers are governed by that platform's own refund rules.

03 How to request a refund

Send an email to contato@rgmdigital.com.br with the subject "Refund request", including:

• The email address used at checkout.
• The order or transaction number (shown in your purchase confirmation email).
• The product name.
• Optionally, the reason — it helps us improve, but it is not required.

Alternatively, you can request a refund directly on the checkout platform used for the purchase, when that option is available in your buyer's account.

04 Processing and deadlines

• We acknowledge refund requests within up to 2 business days.
• Once approved, the refund is submitted to the original payment platform within up to 5 business days.
• The time until the money appears in your account depends on the payment method:

• Credit or debit card — normally appears on the next or the following statement, according to your card issuer's cycle.
• PayPal and digital wallets — usually within 1 to 5 business days after processing.
• Bank transfer and local payment methods — typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank and country.

Refunds are always issued to the same payment method and the same holder used in the original purchase, and in the same currency as the original transaction. If your bank or card issuer applies a different exchange rate on the day of the refund, the amount credited in your local currency may differ slightly from the amount originally debited. Any such difference, as well as any fee charged by your own bank, is outside our control.

05 Bundles, upsells and order bumps

If your purchase included additional items (order bumps, upsells or a bundle), you may request a refund of the entire order or only of a specific item, as long as the request is made within the guarantee period. Refunding the main product does not automatically cancel additional items unless you ask for it.

Bonuses offered free of charge with a paid product have no separate refundable value, and access to them ends when the main product is refunded.

06 Subscriptions and recurring plans

For products billed on a recurring basis:

• You may cancel at any time, and the cancellation stops all future charges.
• The 30-day guarantee applies to the first charge of the subscription.
• Charges already made for periods you have used are not refunded, except where a longer guarantee was announced or where required by applicable law.
• After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

07 Exceptions and abusive use

RGM Digital may deny a refund request in the following situations:

• The request is made after the guarantee period announced at the moment of purchase.
• Evidence of fraud, such as use of a third party's payment method without authorization.
• Repeated abuse — a pattern of buying and requesting refunds on multiple products with the intent of obtaining the content for free.
• Unauthorized redistribution of the content — resale, sharing of access links or publication of the material.

In cases of fraud or redistribution, access is revoked immediately and no refund is due, without prejudice to applicable legal measures.

08 Chargebacks

If you have any issue with a purchase, please contact us first — a direct refund request is faster than a chargeback and is resolved without involving your bank.

Opening a chargeback without a prior refund request may lead to immediate suspension of access to the product while the dispute is analysed by the payment institution.

09 Non-delivery or access problems

If you did not receive your product, or cannot access it, this is not a case for cancellation — it is a case for support, and we resolve it at no cost to you.

• Check the spam, promotions and social folders of the email address used at checkout.
• Confirm that the email address was typed correctly.
• Contact contato@rgmdigital.com.br with your order number and we will resend access.

If we are unable to deliver the product, you receive a full refund regardless of the guarantee period.

10 Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated at any time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one published on this page at the moment the purchase was completed, and in no case will it offer less than the guarantee period announced on the offer page you bought from.
